How to Use
At least once a week: Shampoo, rinse and pour Swimmers Wellness Remedy crystals across wet palm. Rub hands together, adding water (1 oz.) to dissolve crystals. Apply and massage throughout hair. Allow to remain on hair for 2-5 minutes. Rinse. Follow with Malibu C Swimmers Shampoo and Conditioner.

Wet hair before getting in the pool. Hair acts like a sponge, if it’s already saturated with clean water, it absorbs less chlorinated water. Bonus points for applying a leave-in conditioner or hair oil to the mid-lengths/ends before swimming.
Another tip: Follow this with a good conditioner or mask. Chelating treatments remove buildup, but some hair (especially highlighted hair) may feel slightly “squeaky” afterward because the coating/mineral film is gone.
Good expectation setting: This is not an everyday product. Think 1x/week for frequent swimmers or after vacations/pool-heavy weeks.
