Beyond The Skin

Wellness goes further here.

At Woodland, we believe healthy skin is connected to a healthier, happier you. Beyond the treatments and skincare, this is a space for education, community, and time in nature - because taking care of yourself should feel good, inside and out.

Beyond My Scope

Skin doesn't exist in isolation. Sometimes skin care is only part of the picture.

I know skin. But sometimes what is showing up in your skin is connected to something that belongs outside the treatment room.

Woodland is building relationships with trusted professionals in areas like nutrition, movement, hormonal health and nervous system support. The goal isn't to diagnose what's outside my scope - it's to recognize when another piece may be worth exploring and help connect you with someone qualified to explore it.

Good skin care also means knowing when skin care isn't the whole answer.

Nutrition

When food, nutrient intake or dietary patterns may deserve a closer look.

Hormonal Health

When changes in the skin may warrant a conversation with an appropriate healthcare provider.

Movement

Supporting health through realistic, sustainable movement and physical activity.

Nervous System

Recognizing that stress, sleep and recovery can be part of the bigger picture.

Wellness looks good on you.

Join us for a walk, read the latest on the blog, or book a consultation.
However you show up, you’re always welcome here.
