Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Woodland Skin Renewal is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the client.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, weather, or peak seasons.
We currently ship within Canada.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment. You will be notified when your order is ready.
Delays
Woodland Skin Renewal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs or regulatory delays
- High-volume shipping periods
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Woodland Skin Renewal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is missing:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
If you require assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help initiate a carrier inquiry.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review and determine appropriate next steps.
Returns
All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective.
