How to Use

At 1% glycolic acid, Bioactive Cleanser provides much gentler exfoliation than Biophora's leave-on acid products. Because it's rinsed away, we think of it primarily as a corrective cleansing step, not as your main exfoliating treatment.

It's particularly useful as part of the Bioactive system for oily, congested and acne-prone skin. If your skin is dry, reactive or barrier-compromised, however, a gentler non-exfoliating cleanser may be a better starting point.

And remember: when Bioactive Cleanser is combined with Bioactive Solution and Bioactive Gel, each step contributes to the overall corrective routine. Your skin doesn't need to feel tight or stripped for the products to be working.
