MORE THAN JUST REDNESS

What Is Happening with Rosacea?

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that can look different from person to person. For some, it appears as persistent facial redness or frequent flushing. For others, visible blood vessels, sensitivity, inflammation or acne-like bumps may also develop.

Symptoms can come and go, often becoming more noticeable with certain triggers. While rosacea cannot be cured, the visible redness and vascular changes can be treated and managed over time.

How Aerolase helps

Why Aerolase for Rosacea & Redness?

Aerolase Neo Elite targets the vascular and inflammatory components of rosacea. The 1064 nm laser energy reaches hemoglobin within unwanted blood vessels, gently heating the vessels so they can gradually be absorbed by the body.

By addressing visible vessels and diffuse vascular redness, treatment can help reduce persistent redness and create a calmer, more even-looking complexion. Aerolase can also help reduce the inflammation associated with rosacea, including inflammatory papules and pustules.

Rosacea is a chronic condition, so laser treatment is about management rather than a cure. Identifying triggers, protecting the skin barrier and using appropriate home care can be just as important as treating the visible redness.

A Personalized Plan

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

Everyone's skin and rosacea are different. The number of treatments will depend on the amount of redness, visible vessels, inflammation and how your skin responds.

A series of treatments is often recommended for more noticeable or persistent redness. Because rosacea is a chronic condition, occasional maintenance treatments may also help manage redness over time.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

You don't need to know exactly what's causing your redness before coming in. We'll assess your skin, talk about what you're experiencing and create a treatment plan that's appropriate for your skin.

What to expect

Before, During & After

Before

We'll assess your skin, discuss your redness, sensitivity and known triggers, and provide any necessary pre-treatment instructions. Avoiding excessive sun exposure before treatment is especially important.

During

Treatment typically takes about 30–40 minutes. Most clients experience a warm sensation as the laser passes over the skin. No numbing or cooling is typically required.

After

You can return to normal activities right away. Temporary warmth or pinkness may occur, with little to no downtime. We'll provide simple post-treatment care instructions.

More than the laser

A Complete Approach to Calmer Skin

Aerolase can help address the visible redness, vessels and inflammation associated with rosacea, but managing reactive skin often requires more than laser treatment alone. We also consider your skin barrier, home care and individual triggers when building your treatment plan.
