For Competitive Swimmers:
Can be used after each swim to remove chlorine, mineral buildup, and pool residue. For daily swimmers, it can be used regularly, but if hair begins to feel dry or rough, alternate with a hydrating shampoo and always follow with conditioner.
For everyone else:
Use 1–2x weekly or as needed when hair feels dull, coated, or weighed down from styling products, dry shampoo, or hard water buildup. Follow with conditioner to restore softness and balance.
